Though we used to have a fish tank in our old home, this painting does not look like that remotely. Its just an attempt to paint something colorful.
Technically, it turned up way too difficult than I had anticipated. If I had not used the square page of my drawing copy and rather had divided the page to a rectangular area for this painting, I think it would have looked better. I sorely felt the lack of variety of colors. Unlike water color, I can not mix the colors to create a new one here. I need to buy a 24 shade color set immediately. Overall it looked good and gave me ample practice of "stroke playing" and color shading.
And now the never done before part - this painting is dedicated to you on your birthday Anita Di. Thank you for being ever so encouraging towards all my creative ventures.
